Friday Vibes: Ruled by Venus, the Planet of Love and Beauty

It’s Friday, August 16, & Moon is in Sagittarius, in the starspace or Nakshatra called Purvashadha. Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius vibrates with the frequency of our beliefs. Our beliefs create a container of meaning for our lives, give us hope & inspiration.

Sun moves into Leo today. Sun is our soul(ar) battery & he unplugs (disconnects from wi-fi!) While moving signs, so we can feel underpowered as well. It’s a good idea to cut ourselves a little slack expectationwise.

It’s the twelfth lunar day (tithi), the twelfth phase of the waxing moon, which blesses us with wealth in accordance with our vision, with what we have been praying on. And we know that prayer without action doesn’t work, right? How clear is your vision? What have you been doing about it? What would wealth—spiritual, material, intellectual, philosophical—look like for you? If you’re not sure, today is a good day to get clarity around it.

Friday is ruled by Venus, planet of love & diplomacy, which go together like peanut butter & jelly, like the moon & stars. If your love life could use a little more diplomacy (!), you might look to the western sky just after sunset for a hit of guidance from Venus herself.
